The process of assisting and answering questions from players
- For questions about knowledge, news, or gameplay logic, please contact the FOTA Game – Support Group. Please, no questions in the FOTA Gamers or FOTA Traders groups.
- Questions about personal issues, such as reporting game bugs, feedback on game features, and comments, should be directed to the Feedback section at https://www.fota.io/ . Detailed instructions can be found at https://bit.ly/3EDrBCi
- The support team and game publisher will provide direct support and answer users’ questions as soon as possible.
- The FOTA team will remind and clear up any confusion about submitting questions.
- Those who continue to violate the rules after being reminded by the team will have the chat locked for an hour, a day, or even a week.
- We will remove the right to use the product in our ecosystem from those who purposefully cause war, according to the Private Policy that we have established
